After testing the patch on amd64, I have not noticed any instabilities,
and all GL programs tested so far seem to work normally and much faster.
The whole system is tremendously more responsive and my GLX gears get
double the scores on my Radeon 200M that it was getting with the
unpatched mesa.

I have the same problem on my Dell vostro 1710 with Jaunty.
I noticed a thing in my case: the problem arises when I used the battery. When
it is plugged into the AC power supply, it works always, but

with NVidia videocard (or chipset?). It works fine and temperature is

Seems like #43423 or #152394 is back: since upgrading karmic today,
subversion no longer supports https:// URLs:
$ LANG=C svn --version
svn, version 1.5.6 (r36142)
compiled Jun 7 2009, 20:45:10
Copyright (C) 2000-2008 CollabNet.
It`s not need. Problem is avaliable for any document.
Important points is:
- filled cells;
- first merging at OOO session;
- vertical selection.

My /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf file already listed by arrays (although using
UUID=blah instead of devices=blah). I didn't have linux-image
installed. I tried installing it but it doesn't seem to do much (I
guess because it's one of those virtual package type things?). But I
did this and it fixed my

Thanks for your bug report.
Those gconf properties (and/or the Pop-Up notifications preferences
dialog) are related to notification-daemon, and not to NotifyOSD.
If you are using the new notification system, those preferences wouldn't
work.

Well, lets try something else then.
Run
kdebugdialog
and make sure everything is turned on. Then run
kbuildsycoca4 sycoca.log 21
that will create a file named sycoa.log, please attach it to this bug.
If the problem is that kbuildsycoca4 fails to parse something, then it should
show up
