Yes I believe it was fixed after poppler .12.4. I compiled .13.3 and
it worked fine. Interestingly though it was fixed on my Debian box
after 5.0.5 update (I guess they backported the fix) to the version of
poppler in Lenny (.8.7)

I was affected too, and it was weird...
I cleaned just enought disk space. Launched the upgrade and waited
(keeping gnome-system-monitor open)
During the decompression of sauerbraten-data, it told me that free space
went down to 0 bytes.
When switching to the next package free space went up a
OK.
Finally I had to reinstall with an Ubuntu USB version. It is not a wubi
anymore. Since that time it works properly.

I've reproduced this bug continuously, it's simple but time consuming.
Boot to the Live Desktop, then click on Install, after installation
choose to Continue Testing. Once you're done testing and/or saving any
info there is no gui option to restart, only Suspend Hibernate.

I've tried Kubuntu Maverick (RC) and the problem remains, so probably it
will still be present in the next Mint KDE release (Mint 10), unless
someone can solve the bug before. In the meantime, I am working with
Mint 9 Gnome without problems, but I miss KDE.

The same thing happens in Lubuntu 10.04 when using pidgin. This is
probably a problem of the notification area, as Lubuntu does not use the
gnome-panel or notification area.

When issuing `sudo pm-suspend` computer hangs and fails to suspend -
screen goes black with some log output and it doesn't respond to any
keystroke.
Temporary fix, either:
1. `modprobe -r xhci_hcd`, or
2. adding /etc/pm/config.d/10_brokenusb3 with the following content:

Oops, being blind as a bat results in mistakes, this:
During installation the gui showed that it was going to resize sdb3 to
16.8GB and create a ne16.3GB sdb4.
Should have said:

I can confirm this happens on the Efika MX Smartbook (armel) too with
the kernel from Genesi's gitorious repository. Our battery is SBS
compliant and publishes all the same power supply attributes as a
standard ACPI SBS battery. There is a custom driver in play (efikasb-
battery) however this
