Alt+Drag doesn't move the window away. One more thing to note is that
the Transmission about dialog comes up along with the invisible window.

I also have the same bug, both on 10.04 and 10.10. I don't know for 11.04 or
earlier versions.
It affects both internal drives AND USB Floppy Drives.
I could make the two of them work by downgrading udisk to build1 version. It's
relatively easy on 10.04, but for 10.10 you have to do some

Ah, I don't see this because I manually moved the spinner on to my mail
toolbar. I can confirm it now. I just need to try and figure out why
this has stopped working

Hm, guess I was just confusing myself - the screenshot with the spinner
is that of the fresh profile. On my current (real) profile, the spinner
is actually not visible.

It's not a dependency, gamin is only recommended by xfdesktop4 (at least
in 11.04, but it should be the same in 10.04). So you should be able to
replace it by fam if you prefer (maybe you'll need to disable the
automatic installation of recommended packages by default for that to
work).

SLED 11 SP1 is available this year for VFS451 VFS471 on certain HP
notebooks.
We're working on our own Linux driver for SLED, Ubuntu Fedora and
we plan to make it available by April next year.
It will support VFS301,
