font to be Wine only. But it would probably be better to fix it.

I can confirm the bug on Natty. The bug itself depends on an icon theme
— for example, it works with Faenza and Gnome-colors.
As a workaround, I deleted pidgin icons from these themes — this cause
pidgin to use the default icon, which is working fine.

That md5sum is the same as the sum on my copy of lubuntu-11.04.iso -- so

It looks like nVidia fixed their hardware at some point.

gksu and sudo is an considerable security risk. There fore it's a good
thing to set the default on zero . But users must be allowed to change

@varun kumar, for me there are two ways to suspend:
(1) Although the screen is garbled, the dialogue asking for your
password is there - just type it and hit return. On my screen, the left
hand 25% is clean, so I can find the power down options and suspend.
(2) Alternatively, and much more
I can confirm that this still happens on natty. This system is an
upgrade.
