I have de same problem, the instaler can't write de partition table
because it can't umount /cdrom.
If you do a: sudo umount -lrf /cdrom then the instalation continues
but it crashes.
I think because it cannot acces /cdrom data and it cannot mount or

I'm now on Oneiric, and I have to disable the h/w acceleration in Chromium,
otherwise, X locks up when i go fullscreen in mplayer.

As soon as the user starts dragging a file, the Launcher icons that are
valid drop receptacles should instantly become highlighted. Icons that
are not valid drop receptacles should disappear so that only app icons
that are valid drop receptacles are shown.
Please could you run in a terminal banshee --debug and attach all the
output information while you are trying to reproduce this issue?
