I think I've already seen that problem on a system with switchable
graphics when using the discrete card.
I also remember that if I switched to Unity 2D from the login manager I
was not able to reproduce the issue.
This is probably a problem in fglrx triggered by nux on some graphics
chipsets.

and I restored the important files. I started a new backup on my fresh
installed Ubuntu 11.04 with duplicity that comes with the repos.. Is it

EC2. This renames the block devices to sd* even in PV mode. This has
been dropped in Natty and maybe can be dropped in Maverick, too. Though

login screen, only my username appears.
There are 3 user accounts on this computer and my account was the first one
created during Ubuntu
Thanks for the information. I've managed to move the file into /etc/gdm
with the IncludeAll=true in the [greeter] section. I had to search
online to see how to move a file using the terminal, but I've done it
now and I'll see if this fixes the problem.

Same here with Evolution 2.30.3 on Ubuntu 10.04. The offending message
is a sent mail that was a forward of a received mail without any
