Public bug reported:
Have reported a beg regarding Update Manager today.
Resolved part of the problem with advice at
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=12027673
However, when do apt-get update, fails because it seems some websites
not available.
Now, Switching workspaces does not work -
atch, keyboard locked today with i8042.reset as kernel option, let's try
adding nomux as well as in Lukasz configuration, hopefully that's the
one:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=quiet splash i8042.reset i8042.nomux

The work-around in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-
driver/+bug/1008177 fixes this issue for me. Could it be the same issue?
I have marked this as a duplicate.
