I must agree w/ Tv that keeping the docs build separate helps source
users who don't need to deal with all that. Many other projects actually
do that ('cd doc; make html') due to substantial additional build deps.,

I've tested some more tonight, and I can reproduce this on everything I used.
Both Ubuntu 12.10 and Xubuntu 12.10 stock, unmodified, clean installs show this
behaviour; both in VirtualBox and on my testing machine. Installing all the
updates makes no difference.
Also, doing a fully up-to-date

Global menu in LO documents sometimes disappears. Randomly when I open
any document from Nautilus in Ubuntu 12.10 x64 global top menu for the
open window is blank, the are no File, Edit, View, etc.. I need to
close document and reopen it for several times to make the global

Suspending (to RAM) the laptop seems to complete ok.
However, on trying to resume the system, although the screen is activated (i.e.
the video card is re-activated properly), there is nothing displayed, neither
on the graphical part (i.e. X), nor if I switch to a console.

I have the same issue on 12.04 in a regular (non-virtual) installation.
The launcher no longer reveals when bumped. My nvidia driver update came
from ubuntu-x-swat ppa.
This bug has nothing to do with VirtualBox.
