Using gnome-shell, I want to modify empathy accounts, so I click on
accounts in empathy main menu, and nothing happens. However, if I go
to the gnome-online-accounts settings and add an account, it sucessfully
appears in Empathy. So I guess Empathy accounts main menu entry
