I have tried adding the modules as described via the standard repos, to
be told all is up-to-date.
Seeking does not affect the audio at all. But, If I pause I have to select
audio-none, then audio-track1 for audio to return.

I'm reviewing that package in the saucy NEW queue, some comments:
* the debian directory contains a unity-china-video-scope.pkg
subdirectory that seems to be a copy of the debian directory, that seems
wrong
* compat is 8 but control has a build-depends on debhelper (= 9),
The nature of the problem is that the existing resolv.conf backup code
doesn't handle relative symlinks well. Copied to a different directory,
a relative link becomes a broken link. os.path.exists() returns false
for a broken link.

This might be considered a dupe of bug 1157435. I upgrade to saucy for
other reasons, but saw a chance to check if suspend was working with
v3.10 kernal.
The machine suspended, but when I tried to resume, the fan span but the
screen never changed from a blank one :)

It be nice if we could figure out whether or not ofono has a role in
this bug. Could you try disabling ofono via an upstart .override file,
reboot the phone, and see if you can get it in the same state?

I am encountering this issue as well. Attached is a screenshot.
My setup:
Ubuntu 13.04 LTS 64-bit Server Edition
VMWare Workstation 9 on a Windows 7 64-bit Enterprise Edition host
No floppy drive in the VM settings, but I didn't modify the default BIOS either.

I updated to saucy (for other reasons), and tried suspend with the v3.10
kernal. It suspended, but didn't resume. Details on bug 1206625. Thanks
to the team for looking at these!
