In same machine, I've installed:

Just to say this bug has happened me many times. I don't know exactly
why it happens or how to reproduce. I think its usually inclined to
happen opening message app after booting up the phone.

I'm having similar problems with this package on 2 different servers.
When updating, dpkg hangs on the post install script of the openssh-
server package. The process becomes defunct and stops responding.
I edited the /var/lib/dpkg/info/openssh-server.postinst file and adjusted set
-e to set -x
This version has expired

The logic to delay StateSaver when URI handler is installed did not land
in toolkit, so I wonder why it does disable the statesaver...
