Public bug reported: Hi, I use Ubuntu 15.10. If I Start Ubuntu from power-off, then I can enter the PIN-code for the SIM-card, and I also get prompted for my password (to make changes to the mobile broadband device). The 4G-USB-modem gets green light for establishing an 4G (or 3G) connection,
