Vladimir, your solution works for me too. :) I have F.07 BIOS already. Setting acpi=noirq enables the possibilities to scale CPU processor frequency again on newest kernel on my notebook. However it is workaround not the final solution. It is nice to have well working kernel out of the box

Any more ideas? It's driving me nuts. It seems now that this only happens in my home network using an o2 box 6431. Resetting it didn't change anything. Currently it seems that a restart of the router solves the problem temporarily (but before, it hadn't been like that, so maybe it's just luck).
