It is an essential cloud management client and when it is left behind we
are forced to use pip to install the latest version. Currently it is
missing support for Secrets Manager (which 1.15.15 has) and that is

Title:
It appears some other people have reported similar problems with the
same RTL8723 bluetooth hardware in bug 1446239 and bug 1747421. However
both of those have closed so we only have this bug now.
It's been suggested github has better drivers. I'm not sure where but
