In case anyone is still struggling with this it was bugging me for a
bit.
There were mysql.service and mysqld.service files left in
/etc/systemd/system that may have been left over from an old
installation. Removing these files and installing mysql-community-server
fixed it for me.

With help from willcooke, it seems that the dock pushes the calendar to
be centered on the space between the dock right edge and the right edge
of the screen, when dock has "auto-hide" setting turned off.
With auto-hide on, calendar widget is correctly centered.

I've tested the patch in two servers with heavy dns traffic showing the
problem, and it has totally disappeared after installation. Also I
haven't noticed any issue in the service after applying the patch.

The first set of patches of the feature was pushed to Libvirt this last Monday,
Sept 9th. The set contained enhancements/fixes in the test framework for the
more sophisticated PCI multifunction tests that will come.

Looks like this has been fixed in keepalived 2.x (detection of missing
vip) - https://github.com/acassen/keepalived/issues/836 - but the patch
is embedded with a whole load others that were merged at once so might
be hard to backport.
