I'm using Kubuntu 20.04
I've found out that global hotkey combination CTRL+T does not work in
some applications where it should.
Dolphin - should open new tab but it does not
Firefox - should open new tab but it does not.

5.0.0-1032-azure, but I can't reproduce this issue.
Can you tell us more about the situation that you encountered here:
1. What netstat command you're using
2. Guess you're using 5.0.0-1032-azure on Bionic, is that Correct?

expected(since it's already EOL).

"Ubuntu 20.04" and four dots presents itself immediately on boot, and
prevents boot from progressing any further.
This splash screen occurs before the grub menu, and also before the
splash screen presented

I had to force-shutdown my machine, and I booted an older kernel (which
