month ago, and C95 is out, and the workaround to disable Ozone is gone,

I am experiencing a weird issue on my HP (Elitebook 830 G6):
When charging via USB-C and the laptop is completely turned off, it charges
perfectly fine.
However, under the following

image-5.13.0-20-generic on a Thinkpad E15 Gen 2. Haven't tried disabling

I had the same issue at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-
firmware/+bug/1948685 and fixed it by putting the PNVM file back, now
the firmware is working fine on version 63
