Mir needs a client API to allow surfaces to move themselves relatively.
This is required to support full client-side decorations (bug 1398849),

This is a duplicate of bug #1654708 (q.v)
Replaced both occurrences

with
error = posix_acl_valid(ip, acl);

/usr/src/zfs-0.6.5.6/module/zfs/zpl_xattr.c
dkms remove -m zfs -v 0.6.5.6 -k 4.4.0-62-generic
dkms install --force -m zfs -v 0.6.5.6 -k
The probable reason for an abort in mir_create_menu_window_spec() is
that the connection argument is invalid.

Title:
If the only surface in a session cannot take focus the server crashes
No, the exception was thrown by libmiral code
[miral::BasicWindowManager::info_for()] and caused by synchronisation
issues in QtMir code that have been worked around.
Neither the libmiral nor the QtMir code in question is involved in any
of the mir-demos.
