I can confirm this bug on GMA950 on Lucid beta1. Problem does not occur
unless the Mode setting of the Resize plugin is on Normal. Perhaps a

When a friend of mine tried to send a file through the Bonjour protocol
(I think he used iChat on a Mac), Pidgin crashed as soon as he tried
starting the transfer.
