Am I right? Did this bug reappear in the newest 10.04 release?
I first encountered this bug after upgrading to v9.10. First solution
was to disable IPv6, but soon after release some sort of fix was issued,
and I set IPv6 on again.

all the labels and texts on the plot are placed at wrong coordinates.
