To fix this in Linux Mint 16 and Ubuntu 13.10, one needs to add the
'acpi_backlight=vendor' to the 'GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=' in the
'/etc/default/grub' file, running 'sudo update-grub', and then restart
the computer.

I got a few errors while installing LinuxMint with the ubiquity
installer. In the embeded terminal in ubiquity, there were errors about
dbconf not having permision to create file
'/home/mint/.cache/dconf/user' and Gtk critical errors.

group called CryptVolume and I have a root partition at CryptVolume-Root
and it can't find that after I enter my password to unlock CryptVolume.
