Trying to figure out a font issue, I removed ttf-mscorefonts-installer and
reinstalled it, but fonts download script fails for at least 10 days. The
terminal window always closes after a few seconds , without completing.
Here is a screenshot I made right before it
It turns out it was font-manager, recently installed, that put a mess in the
system.
All issues with thunderbird and firefox are solved now.

The keyboard layout is azerty (fr) in lightdm, but after login it
switches to qwerty (en) and i need to click the first entry in the
keyboard indicator to have it back to azerty. I do have only french and
french variante layouts in the keyboard layout list.

The problem is still present in oneiric. It occurs as well with nautilus (eject
icon) and with unity (right-click in the launcher - eject). When the tray
recloses, the disc is not always remounted. The problem doest not occur when
pressing the device button. When pressing the device button, the

Finally found a topic with the solution :
~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list was incorrectly modified by the
upgrade.
Removed all audacious related entries at the line :
inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop

After half a day after upgrade, all other problems solved, unity suddenly
crashed. After reboot unity is broken : The dash, the launcher and the
indicators are not loaded on logon. Unity 2d works.
What i tried :
- Turn off and switching power to off
