Workrave 1.10 has an Unity indicator that replaces its old applet icon
(although the configuration pane is still applet).
The current version of the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS `workrave` package
(1.10.1-4) links to `libindicator`, but no indicator or panel icon is
shown.

I do not have, nor will have in the future, the possibility to do full
git bisect. Please revert the status to Confirmed so that the bug does
will not expire for lacks of updates.

This problem seems resolved using the suggested v3.15-rc5-utopic kernel.

I do not have the time to do a full git bisect, but I tried all the
versions available from the mainline archive and I achieved some
success.
The last kernel version that shows this error is v3.14.2-utopic
(3.14.2-031402.201404262053). The first version without this problem is
v3.14.3-utopic

Using `shutdown -h now` on a Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p causes it to reboot
instea of shutting down.
This happens on an up-to-date Ubuntu Trusty 14.04.

Here is a use case that I hope can change the status of this report from
Opinion to New/Confirmed.
The fglrx package is needed if one wants to use the AMD CodeXL tool, an
OpenGL/OpenCL development tool from AMD. The CodeXL tool can work with
offline devices, i.e. without having an AMD GPU in the
I have a similar tunable setting and all the results I reported are with
that setting set to Good (from the default Bad).
That setting _should_ be on by default and _should_ resolve the 100%
usage problem. This bug report is about the fact that setting it on does
not resolve the issue.
