Nope. Changing the location in weather report applet or deleting and adding the location in the clock applet does not make it work. However, I did rename ~/.gconf to ~/.gconf.bak and it worked and lost all of my other settings. After renaming ~/.gconf.bak to ~/.gconf the problem persists. --
