In Ubuntu 15.10, when selecting the "Restart..." option from the
dropdown in the upper right corner of the screen, the window launched
has "Shut Down" selected by default. The user must navigate to the
"Restart" option to the left of "Shut Down".

To fix the issue I did the following:
1. Opened the /.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml file
2. Changed line 423 from commandlxsession-default lock/command to
commanddm-tool lock/command
Looks like the same fix a few others did too.

Ctrl + Alt + L does not lock the screen in Lubuntu 14.04.
The solution to this problem is quite simple but an update needs to be
created to fix this bug. To fix the issue I did the following:

I am running 64bit Ubuntu 13.10.
I use a WPA2, EAP-PEAP, MSCHAPV2 wifi network occasionally. When I am
within range of this network, at the Ubuntu log-in screen, I am prompted
to enter the wifi password for the network. I must select 'Cancel' on
the wifi password screen
