AMD 64 Install with Wubi on Windows 7 Laptop..hangs

Fixed it..well .. have a work around.. installed 10.04 64 bit which did
install..and then upgraded and all is well... something is conflicting
when installing 11.10 on Windows 7...this worked and resolved the issue.

Bugs,
Tried for 5th time.. still hangs with flashing cursor after reboot from
install... if I reboot and select Ubuntu at the choice of boot, I go to
the grub prompt.. and nothing I have tried from there goes any where.
The message states that the install didn't work. I am going to remove
the install
Cannot get Wubi to select a 32 bit install vs a 64 bit install... I don't want
to do a hard partitioning of my drive. this is a work computer and has too
much stored on it to partition and reinstall all the software...

It was ubiquity,... never did figure out what that was.. but yes... now
I know...
I was installing with Wabi... AMD 64 ..
I cannot load Ubuntu. I only get to a flashing cursor and it hangs...
If I reboot, I get the menu selection choice.. for Windows or Ubuntu...
I choose Ubuntu and get the
