Thunderbird heavy IMAP traffic
Have had massive increase in my internet downloads - (now shaped) since
upgrading some users PC's to Ubuntu 12.04 and Thunderbird 16.0.2 from
10.04 a weeks or so ago. Have been chasing crackers all week, but this
may be the problem !
They are reporting constant downloads. Were existing profiles

Same for me on an Ultra 24 - I have a Sun Type 7 USB PC Keyboard.
No Keyboard option for a Type 7 keyboard in the Keyborad options either.
My xorg.log

Ah! You shouldn't do that. You should upgrade via Intrepid first ;-)

I have had similar issues. However with the RC AMD 64 Server install seems to
have finally installed after some work in rescue mode.
However with both the Beta and RC, my installs have not been clean
installs - i.e. they were installed as a new system

the problem has not as yet re-surfaced. I cannot repeat the error on the
current kernel,

Recognising USB Hard Drive
Public bug reported:
This seems to be related to Bug #49367 and a number of usb issues but
none exactly this problem. After a server reboot they seem to work
again for awhile until the error happens again. I'd rather not re-boot
my server.
