I'm still having this problem with Hardy and fglrx. I've added Monit to
the system to try to understand when (overnight) and under what
conditions the problem develops.

There is a tiny bug in serialization when using librdf0 1.0.6 with
libraptor0 1.4.16, which unfortunately is the current combination in
Gutsy. Can you please upgrade librdf0 to the version in sid (1.0.7) or
downgrade libraptor to 1.4.15, the version which ships with librdf0
