I've got this too, a crash on log-in. desktopcoach-service closed
unexpectedly, but my desktop icons are all there and the system is
stable!!!

For me it makes no big difference, left or right, if the developers want
it this way, let it be. I left Windows almost 10 years ago, and I've
changed my habits several times, this is certainly not going to be the

Make sure you remove any previous install before re-installing gnome-do 0.8,
then install gnome-do with plugins. if you decide to install
gnome-do-plugins, then don't
install gnome-do-plugin-rhythmbox it will replace the gnome-do-plugins
package... but you can install
