Yaru, which is why ubuntu-mate-artwork is no longer a valid candidate.

If mate-settings-daemon is restarted in an active desktop session, the
Caja (the file manager) also needs to be restarted so it can bind to the
new settings daemon and react to events, such as theme changes.
Restarting Caja causes all active file manager windows to be closed. And
that is rather
libwnck3 40.1 reverts "pager: do not change workspace size from
size_allocate" that fixes this issue.
