I have tested enabling CLR_CMAKE_USE_SYSTEM_LIBUNWIND on dotnet8 in a
PPA [0].
The build succeeds for amd64 and s390x. It fails for arm64 during
crossgen:

Title:
.NET 8 fails to build with clang 18

A fix has been pushed to dotnet/runtime main and made it to 9.0 [1].
This will probably need an upstream backport to release/8.0 before we
can pick it up. In the meantime, I'll create a patch with the necessary
changes.
