Same here with tigerlake on 22.04 freshly updated, with both `intel- media-va-driver` and `intel-media-va-driver-non-free`. Rebuilding `intel-media-va-driver` locally and installing that works. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to

From https://github.com/intel/media-driver/issues/1366 it looks like a regression with intel-media-va-driver 22.x ** Also affects: intel-media-driver (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Bug watch added: github.com/intel/media-driver/issues #1366

Not sure if this is filed under the right package (is this a driver/kernel issue ?), but I can reproduce with Intel TigerLake-LP GT2 hardware - it used to work from Ubuntu 20.04 to 21.10, and fails with 22.04 alpha, even from the Live 20220326 ISO. vainfo shows the same thing as original post:

[Bug 483195] Re: player doesn't start when double clicking track

2009-12-23 Thread Mathieu Pillard
I'm experiencing this as well, after an upgrade. rhythmbox doesn't play the first time I hit the play button or double-click a file. The play button is toggled, but playback doesn't start. If I click it twice or double-click the file again it works fine. Everytime playback is stopped completely

I figured out why the DOM inspector wasn't working. The package installs it in /usr/share/firefox/extensions, but firefox and all the other extensions (like language packs for instance) uses /usr/lib/firefox/extensions/. Quick dirty fix: # cd /usr/share/firefox/ # mv extensions extensions.old #

I can confirm this: clicking the tab doesn't work, the icons in the toolbar to go to the prev/next buffer or the keyboard shortcuts work fine, though. From the Scite 1.71 ChangeLog: * SciTE on GTK+ tab bar fixed to work on recent versions of GTK+. Please use the latest version or backport a

[Bug 51227] Re: cannot restart, logout, shutdown

2006-07-31 Thread Mathieu Pillard
I had this problem once when the lookback interface wasn't up for some reason. Just in case it's your problem here, here is a quick list of things to check: * ping 127.0.0.1 * ping yourhostname * ifconfig -a | grep UP LOOPBACK RUNNING If any of these fail, or don't show a result, you have a
