Public bug reported:

When editing the text of a notes screenlet through the screenlet itself you are 
actually editing the source code in the background. That's why you have to type 
backspace 5 times when e.g. deleting an ampersand.
Also when editing the text through the text area I noticed you can use some 
html tags, like <b> and entities like &amp;. That's nice, but if you don't know 
about that you're very confused about single signs like '&' or '<' not working 
(the text in the screenlet simply doesn't update).
