Updating from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04 breaks libapache2-mod-jk in
combination with winstone (e. g. Hudson and Jenkins).
Apache will return a 502 Bad Gateway error because Jenkin throws a
NullPointerException caused by an invalid activation attribute sent by
mod_jk.

correct one, there is no profile.ini in my profile sub-folder.

I I have the same issue. The only solution i found was to delete the
.balazar_brothers folder.

Yes, there are only two statements failing:
update rpzone set data=?, protocol_version=33 where
zone_id='int_semos_tavern_0';
and
update opobject set data=?, protocol_version=33 where object_id=12
They fail every time with different values.
All other statements (selects, updates, inserts) work

following prepared statement:
update rpzone set d ata=?, protocol_ version=33 where zone_id='int_se
mos_tavern_0'
if and only if mysql logging is disabled.
The problem does not occur on Debian 5.0,
