Zotero is a bibliography tool (https://www.zotero.org/). When I double
click on a pdf in it, it opens the pdf file using the default system
tool, here evince, and triggers that evince error.

Opening a pdf file from Zotero in evince, I got "failed to load backend
for 'application/pdf': libnss3.so: failed to load shared object mapping
segment" and the file won't open. When opening the file from its
location in Nautilus, that works properly.

OK so probably when I upgraded the latest (current) 19.04 kernel was not
out yet, as I updated my system to latest packages available for 19.04
before upgrading to 19.10. If current kernel has a fix, it should be
good now.

And to answer your question, no, I didn't alter resolvconf behavior when
running 14.04. When forcing a "dpkg --configure -a", and then a "apt-get
-f install", it seems to fix that problem and I have a properly running
system.

Rationale:
There's a lot of situation where website detect Ubuntu webbrowser as
"android", and want to force us to download the Android app. There's
also some situations where we prefer to display desktop version of a
website instead of the mobile one.

As it seems there is no active maintainer anymore of this package in
Debian, btrfs-tools in Ubuntu is pretty outdated. 3.17.3 is out for a
while, and 3.18 and 3.19 were released since then. As important features
were included (better fsck tool, btrfs disk usage notably), and
