v3.16-rc1-utopic and v3.16-rc2-utopic with blueman works all fine. In
the default bluetooth manager I can't receive files (from phone to
computer). Sometimes I must restart computer because bluetooth will not
turn on.

I don't know. I use Ubuntu from 14.04. I tested only 13.10 liveusb, but
was the same problem.

plugins. 0.6.0 is a stable and frozen branch of Kadu, which means no new
features get there, only bugfixes are allowed.
