I just set my settings exactly like yours and I still couldn't reproduce
it. Konqueror (KDE 4 Hardy) and Firefox (Hardy FF 3 Beta 3) both
responded the same, it opened up the new email in the same window.
If you haven't tried yet, you could see about moving your
~/.kde4/share/config/konquerorrc
Checking with people on IRC to see if they can confirm this problem or

Confirming due to upstream report. I wonder what is different here
between our configurations. For me I don't have compiz near my system,
nor is gnome anywhere near it, it is strictly a KDE3/KDE4 machine, with
compositing enabled to the max.

Error when creating IMAP Folder for ressources
Cinquero, thanks for the quick response. I checked around on IRC and
actually found someone to be my test subject on this and he followed
your instructions and said he was able to successfully go through the
entire process w/o any problems. If you run across this again or think

It took me forever to get it to crash finally. I got it to crash on the
005.ps file, but the dbg was corrupted. So I opened up one of my .pdf
files here that is graphically intensive and then went to reopen the
005.ps file and that is when it crashed.
The issue is obviously the resource

I figured it out! Ctrl+F8 (Desktop Grid), then drag it. I think this is
related to another issue that was noted with the desktop grid. The

I can not confirm this issue at all and never have been able to. Have
you by chance tweaked anything that may have caused it? Does it behave
this way with every link, or are there just a few links in which occurs?

Okular starts up fine for me. But I think I do remember a time that it
may not have, in KDE 4 though. Any other information you can provide to
