1. On each start I have no sound, but when I run
sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel
it is ok, so I put this command in a crontab to run on start from Ubuntu

By installing VirtualBox 3.2.8 for Linux, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid
Lynx) i386, I got this problem.
Now after restart the PC I have no sound.
To get the sound back, I have to use: sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel
And this on each new start of the PC
