Same bug in Linux Mint 20.3 Una on Tuxedo Aura15 Gen1. After upgrading to
kernel 5.13.0-25-generic I get white noise instead of login-screen after waking
up from suspend or after screen was turned off due to power management. This is

Radeon mobility HD3450 (RV620) heavy screen
just wanted to add that I've just got an kde neon upgrade in which pipewire
0.3.15-0 has been installed. Since that moment there's no sound out of my
soundcard. It is listed when doing a "cat /proc/asound/cards" but not in the
system-tray icons and such.

I have had all possible kernels available thru update, also propposed
ones. The latest being 2.6.31-18-generic. I have E220 and none of them
works unless I start without dongle connected to USB and write few lines
to kill few daemons before plugging it to USB. All versions of kernel
have worked

Tryed it, no results.
Most interesting thing is: tvtime (i use it for my tuner, mythtv doesn't works
for me) see tuner unconfigured, i.e.: like params are: card=0; but my params
are: card=120 (78), tuner=44.

errorneously.
At first, my dpkg didn`t work at all because it couldn`t completely remove
