I noticed that window movement with mouse is very laggy, while using touchpad
it is smooth. So I googled compiz window move mouse touchpad and found this
bug. This solution worked
sudo gedit /etc/modules

your precompiled module from 2011-05-10

sudo rmmod toshiba_acpi
put precompiled toshiba_acpi.ko as root into
/lib/modules/*/extra
/lib64/modules/2.6.38-9-generic/kernel/drivers/platform/x86
