I should have mentioned that it's a 6 disk raid, in raid 5.
no additional partitions.
I used Guided with LVM (default) to setup the disk.

on a couple of servers).

trying to fix 10.04LTS server
Having tried the following CDs 9.10 server, 10.04LTS server, 12.04LTS server
All of them returning
Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sda5
Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program?

Binary package hint: krusader
Even though krusader is closed either by ALT-F4 or F10, krusader is still
running in the background as a process.
This causes krusader to start up after next reboot.
a workaround is to do a killall krusader before shutting down.
** Affects:
this is once again an issue due to the upgrade to Bacula 5.
it helps just to install gawk
