It also breaks TensorFlow and a lot of other things.
The workaround is to do "pip install --upgrade pip" to apply the fix
from upstream, but the Ubuntu package is still broken.

Just got the Failed to install the bootloader. bug in Ubuntu 14.04.2
(LTS) with 2 USB flash drives, trying to install Ubuntu 15.04 amd64 from
the original iso file. So it seems it is not be fixed.

I use quite rarely Unity search, but I do use is both for software
search and file search and after a while, zeitgeist gets to use huge
amounts of memory. Right now, it uses 700+ MB of memory which is a lot.
I really do not need that a program I use 15 times in 24 hours to
PS: I restarted the computer like 3 hours ago, restart does not seem to
reset it.

some light on the test results from comment 69 and what is actually
expected here? Otherwise we'll just have to reopen this as it does not

same problem last week. It's due to the fact that the freeradius service
starts way too early.
Happens every time on Ubuntu 14.04.

apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get install freeradius freeradius-mysql

As a stop-gap measure, I've added this to /etc/rc.local:
(sleep 10; service freeradius stop; service freeradius start)
The first time freeradius is launched, it fails as usual. But then it's
stopped and started again, and this time around seems to work fine.
A longer sleep time might be needed
