If connecting two monitors then there is a way to reproduce it.
1. Set iGPU as primary monitor
2. Run an application from secondary display (dGPU) (e.g. glxgear)
3. Moving the application from secondary display (dGPU) to primary display

BTW, for i915 case, it's not 100% reproduce if the boot-vga-device is
i915.
Which means in Intel + AMD platform.
Sometime the system laggy when output from dGPU (AMD 430).

On some HP laptops (e.g. HP ZBook Fury 15/17 G7, HP EliteBook 850 G7, HP
ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cp0xxx), the touchpad / keyboard will probably
be disabled after reboot because the hp-wmi reports the system is a
tablet system but it's not a tablet system.

There is because the corresponding drivers is not be installed.
E.g. iwlwifi for AX201 wireless module.
In this case, the iwlwifi is in linux-modules-extra-5.8.0-41-generic.
So, the real issue is why the linux-modules-extra-5.8.0-41-generic is
not be installed during the installation.
