In my case of Toshiba Satellite L505-13T backlight adjustment doesn't
work at kernel 3.2.0-24-generic not only with functional keys but system
settings, too, and works well at 3.0.0-17-generic.

After the kernel update the same thing happens to initramfs-tools
0.98.8ubuntu3.1. Each time I log in, the system pushes me to report, but
I believe it's the same bug.
