Maybe the workaround (setting mapping to 'us') is not the ideal solution
for the problem. What I like to see is that grdc is working for most of
the people without changing anything. Defaulting to GNOME settings is
indeed good.
But it seems like this default (GNOME setting), is not working good
When I turn key mapping 'us' off, all functions mentioned seems to work.
This might be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/478215 in which
I describe that many keys do not work, unless in 'us' mode.
So the situation is now:

Suddendly, the fstab connection was made. On the same time, there was a

Very odd that in karmic it seems to work. Maybe it is something specific

Tested in Intrepid. It seems to work right now. After creating the file,

In a GNOME-environment (Ubuntu), the browser to start should look at the

I installed bochsbios-qemu (2.3.5-1ubuntu1) from

Apparently, the mentioned folder disappears after a reboot. Strange
thing is that simple stopping and starting the server does *not* remove
the folder, but as mentioned, a reboot does remove the folder.
So, it was not sufficient to create and set rights to the folder once.

When doing a incremental search ('Find') within a page, contrast colour need to
be more distinct. Sometimes I/m under the impression nothing is found because
the colour used (grey) is not very contrasting.

Starting a repo twice should be prohibited or the user should at least
be warned. Technically nothing goes wrong (notes are updated in the
background etc.), but it remove some annoyance for the user. The fact
that the second instance of zim opens *exactly* over the previous

As nautilus is the default browser within Ubuntu, it should be 'nautilus %d'

Binary package hint: gthumb
Some actions in gthumb resulting in changing a picture, do not activate
the save button. Hence it is not possible to save the changed picture.
Misbehaved actions involved under 'Image' menu :
- Color Balance
- Hue-Saturation
- Brightness-Contrast
