longer shown in the logs but without running that reset script the
journal will just endlessly repeat these messages and the bluetooth will
never work. I think the 'fix' that was put in
I am on kernel 6.8.4 and using firmware 20242312, but Bluetooth is still
not working for me:
$ uname -a

+ x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ journalctl -b | grep -E -i bluetooth

Yeah, I turn my PC off every night. Have turned it on from a cold power
off every morning for the last year or so this hasn't been working. That
doesn't help at all, the only thing that works to get Bluetooth working
after boot is running the script I showed in a previous comment.

I've tried on 2 separate laptops now and I have the same issue. Tried
installing Fedora 32 and Solus with no issue on them. Seems to be an
issue with the Ubuntu installer.

Although somewhat detached from the original bug description, I
encountered a similar issue with git (1.9.1, 2.11.0) while using trusty
on WSL. I received the following error message when running 'git help':

fatal: no man viewer handled the request

i had a similar problem, I thought it was a device mounting problem, but
for me the answer was simpler than that. check to see that you have
modemanager from synaptic. apparently, networkmanager didn't mark it as
dependent in this version, only recommended.
