It's not only the high quality printout mode that's missing, also
there's no draft mode, which would be nice to save on toner.

it's not at all a dupe of bug #261573, this is about finding the correct

Which Release are you using? On Hardy, I have everything working like on
an apple (but not with the applekey, but the one next to it). square
brackets are on 5 and 6, curly ones on 8 and 9. The Return-Key problem
is worse on Intrepid (i filed an extra bug here: Bug #262319)

In Hardy, I had the 3rd level chooser on the second key to the right of the
space key (sorry, I don't know the name of it).
In Intrepid Alpha 4 (LiveCD) it is on the arrow-up key, and the right mouse
button is on the arrow-down key, which leaves me with no

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: nautilus
When I open nautilus and want to use search-as-you-type, sometimes
nothing happens at all, sometimes it works, but it seems very arbitrary.
I couldn't find any rule yet when it's working and when not.
Maybe someone has made the same experience,
ok, I found out something.
Bug is in Hardy Heron with all updates.
How to reproduce:
1. open nautilus (just after the system started or after you haven't used it
for some time, maybe half an hour)
2. type some letters
Expected behaviour:
The typed letters should show up at the bottom right of
nothing happened here for too long...
