1. boot from USB to Live image
2. Open Terminal
3. run command 'ps -ela'
4. find rsyslogd
5. run command: 'sudo kill ' (PID of rsyslogd)
But rsyslogd starting again in a moment with another PID.
If I run 'sudo rsyslogd -c5 -i
I did now step by step what you did. No result.
But with 24-Jan-2013 Ubuntu AMD 64 Bit image and with 'nomodeset' option
(because since 12.04 live system hangs with noveau drivers and my videocard)
IMHO it doesn't matter.

I received a message to my Gmail box a moment ago, it is in indicator
but it is not blue, so If I miss the notification - I will not know that
there is a new mail.

Problem with maximizing some windows

I have opened a new bug, because the first issue is affecting not only
boinc-manager.

To reproduce:
- The first problem:
- 1. Open boinc-manager.
- 2. Switch to a Full view (Shift+Ctrl+A)
- 3. It is not fully maximized, I need to maximize it every time I open it.

Maybe it is possible just to ignore it in notifications? Because, every
message that gets to the folder Important also gets to Inbox folder.

And it is hard for me to suggest something specific.
Perhaps like an exception specifically for Gmail boxes?
I think it is quite annoying issue. And it would be great if you, or
somebody find a way to fix this.

Yes, you right. But we are talking about default settings of Gmail box
and specifically about Important tag. And in this case almost every
inbox mail is tagged as important. And here we have this duplicate
problem...
You are trying to tell me that it is not possible on client side to make

Still having this issue. Version 7.0.36 doesn't help. And this issue it
not only for my PC. I have it on my laptop, another PC with different
hardware and 1 more laptop.
