I don't mind if this got moved to questions. I was filing it as an
enhancement. Do you think it should be possible for any user to shut down
their system during an upgrade if shutting the system down makes the system
unusable? I don't think this should be allowed. If shut down was not
possible

I upgraded Ubuntu from 10.10 to 11 via the internet. During the
installation of the upgrade, I chose Shut down. Now, my pc is bricked.
I cannot start Ubuntu back up.
Actual results:
Pc will not start back up in ubuntu.
