gnucash failed to release lock on mysql when I use save as from the
menu. Here are the steps that would reproduce the problem.
1. Connect to a MySQL Database using open option in the file menu.
2. After opening the book, use save as from the file menu and save a local copy.

tftpd failed to start when ipv6 is disabled.
Had to change the /etc/default/tftpd-hpa to TFTP_ADDRESS only ipv4
address for it to restart.
